- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
directions
- Place your kitchen tools (bowl and whisk attachment) in the refrigerator for 1 hour or in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Pour in cold heavy cream in the chilled bowl. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Process on low for 30 seconds then increase to maximum; process until stiff peaks form. Use whipped cream right away or transfer into a container, cover and transfer to the refrigerator until need it.
