  • Steam the potatoes until fork tender; drain in a colander and let cool.
  • Whisk together the celery seed, lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir into the potatoes.

  • Garnish with paprika, if desired.
