  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups apricot nectar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 cups carbonated lemon-lime beverage or 4 cups club soda
  • 4 cups ginger ale
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • mint sprig (to garnish)

  • Chill fruit juices, soda, and ginger ale ahead of time.
  • Measure pineapple juice, apricot nectar, and orange juice into a large pitcher or 1-gallon jug. Add chopped apple and stir well to mix.
  • Add soda and ginger ale just before serving. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish each fruit cup with a sprig of mint.
  • For an extra burst of color and flavor,stir in 4 oz. maraschino cherries,cut into quarters.
