  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 12 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper

directions

  • Combine all ingredients, great for chicken or fish.
  • marinate overnight if possible, but 3-4 hrs will do the trick in a pinch.

  2. This was great and so easy. I used canola oil because it was all I had. I only marinated for about 2 hrs. and it still turned out great. My son likes to eat canned pineapple so this was a great way to use the juice that I usually just toss out.
