We loved this. I was out of mozzarella so I used about a half can of cheddar cheese soup, along with the shredded cheddar, that I mixed in with the sauce. I only used 1 lb. of hamburger because I had some smoked sausage that I used also. My DH is sooooo picky that it's hard to find new recipes that he'll eat. When I asked him if this was a recipe I could make again he said "umhmm" cause he couldn't speak from his mouth being so full with his third helping. He even had a bowl of it before I could put it in the oven. Thanks Teresa for giving me another meal to make.

Thanks for checking out my about me page. Jeff is my husband of 8 years. We have 1 dog that someone dropped off at the side of the road and I brought home, and she rules the house. I love dogs, and hate to see a dog tied up and forgotten.
I love to grow different kinds of tomatoes from seed to can, and give the "extras" away (when I'm working and don't have time to can).
