1 ¹⁄₃ cups water

directions

Use stick pepperoni and dice into 1/4" chunks I put pepperoni slices into my food processor and pulse.
As with all cheese breads, loaf appearance will be unusual due to the moisture of the cheese -- a small price to pay for great taste! This bread can be made with the regular and rapid bake cycles.
Use romano cheese with parmesan use italian herbs instead of oregano add bell pepper flakes

This is my all time favortie bread machine recipe. For a fast lunch this is great. For the pepperoni I just slice it thin and put in bread machine, when its done it just looks like small flakes of pepperoni.

I adore this bread. I purchased a jar of pizza sauce; baked this; put the sauce in a bowl, and sopped. It is shear heaven. I haven't made it in ages, but it still remains my favorite ABM recipe.
