With this dish I lemon zest instant of lime and curry powder instean of cumin, and WOOOOW! I served it with homemade refried beans and spanish rice, and that also just blew the roof off the house. This dinner tasted straight from a restruant. What a wonderful dish NovaLee. Thank you so much for posting this. I will be making it again.

I wanted to make Street Tacos for the Superbowl and so a friend sent me this link and we made this and a Carne Asada Recipe. This was AMAZING!!!! I did replace the OJ Concentrate with fresh squeezed and doubled it. I had already spent the money on so much citrus for both recipes I wasn't spending more so I used it and it was so good. The chicken cooked up nice and tender. I doubled the whole recipe and marinated 2.5 pounds of chiceken breast and then grilled outside. BEST TACOS!!!

This was my favorite dish at Chi chi's. The chicken skin should be left on not removed. You can only find boneless skinless chicken breast in the stores so you'll have to bone a chicken breast by hand. The good news is whole chicken breast is half the price of boneless skinless. I hope you have a very sharp filet knife.
