  1. Easy to make. The mustard/dressing sauce was very good-just not enough of it. I will make more sauce next time. Definitely will make again.

  2. Very yummy and easy to make. I added more of the mustard/salad dressing mixture, but still came up short. Great with mashed or new potatoes. Definitely a keeper!

  3. Very simple to make with not many ingredients needed. The mustard and italian dressing made a nice dressing. Tasty!

  4. I've made this three times now and have really enjoyed it - I like tart things! I did make extra sauce to put on rice and broccoli as well. I would at least double it!

  5. Like everyone said I doubled the sauce. I honestly thought this was too simple to be that great but it was delicious! I will definitely be making again ? so glad I gave it a chance.

Tweaks

  1. I used a pork roast instead of the chops, and put it in the crockpot to let cook all day with the dijon mustard and Italian salad dressing. My family of 12 came over for dinner and everyone loved it!! I couldn't even get the roast out of the crockpot without it crumbling into a million pieces because it was so tender. The flavor was wonderful and made excellent gravy! Great recipe to try!

It's a big city now, with all the big city advantages and disadvantages. I miss the small town feel but love the restaurant choices and the people friendly improvements. My writing is mainly non fiction on historical bits, and I have brief and so far unsuccessful forays into historical fiction. Someday..... I don't think I'm a great cook but I'm the kind of cook who can walk into the kitchen and find good things in the fridge and pantry and make it into a meal that everyone thinks is pretty darn good. Sometimes I use a recipe and sometimes...not so much. I have a great collection of cookbooks, and I love reading them and studying the pictures. Sometimes I even cook the recipes, LOL! And that is why I love Zaar, an unending source of recipes and pictures.
