  1. Great recipe! I didn't have any pork roast, so I diced up some pork chops and stir-fried them instead. I also used green onions instead of regular onions and chicken bouillon mixed in water instead of condensed broth. The sauce is the best part about this recipe - very flavorful. I'm already planning on making this recipe again with some leftover chicken I have!

  2. I was surprised at how nice the simple sauce was. Excellent quick meal idea.

  3. I was looking for a chow mein to use up my leftover grilled pork tenderloin. After I sauteed the veg. I cooked in my pressure cooker (which made my cook time only about 10 min.).. I did use 2 cups liquid (3/4 tsp chicken boullion with water) and the 3 tbs. cornstarch thickened it great. I stirred in some water chesnuts at the end and served over brown rice (topped with crunchy chow mein noodles). This was very rich tasting and comforting! 4. How can you not like something this quick! Flavor was outstanding. I might try adding some Chinese cabbage next time, just for a little extra. Thnx for sharing your recipe, Diamondlil. Made for PAC Fall 2009.
