Questions & Replies

  1. How would I change the recipe if I had the dried fermented black beans? I recently purchased some from Amazon.

  1. Since we love stir-fry with black bean sauce, this was definitely the recipe for our family. Of course since it is a stir fry, we varied the veggies and used bean sprouts and Asian eggplant...delish! Thanks for posting:-)

  2. Loved this recipe. Used an authentic black bean with chili paste which was plenty hot, so I omitted the chili garlic paste from the recipe. The combined flavors was delicious and it took no time to put it together. Served with jasmine rice and stir fried snow peas. Thank you Semra22 for sharing the recipe.

  3. Yum! When you use good pork this is a lot better than most takeouts and very quick to prepare and cook. For anyone that has never cooked a recipe using blackbean paste etc it tastes much better than pre-made sauces.
