- 1 lb pork sausage
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 2 lbs mashed potatoes
- butter
directions
- Place half the sausage meat into greased pie dish.
- Scatter onions over sausage meat.
- Add sliced tomatoes and top with the rest of the sausage meat.
- Season well.
- Mash potatoes thoroughly with butter and seasonings.
- Fork roughly over top of pie.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
