  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Parboil potatoes to soften slightly.
  3. Spray baking dish with cook spray.
  4. Season the pork tenderloin on all sides with garlic salt and pepper.
  5. Add the pork tenderloins and surround with sweet potatoes and pears.
  6. drizzle oil over vegetables.
  7. Sprinkle rosemary and sage over pork tenderloin (I actually flip the tenderloins so that the herbs are on all sides).
  8. Cook in oven for 25-35 minutes.
  9. Let rest out of oven for 10 minutes before slicing.
