Port Cheese Ball

"We love this spread on garlic bread. It's a tradition that we have this on New Year's Eve in our house, but I've quickly whipped it up in the food processor for company in the summer when we have cookouts or picnics. This is also absolutely delicious spread on a shaved beef sandwich! Also, I usually substitute low-fat or fat free cream cheese, but you may use the fully leaded cream cheese."
