Directions

  1. Combine first eight ingredients.
  2. Shape into loaf in the center of a 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Place potatoes, onions and carrots in layers around meat. Be sure to season veggies well with your favorite seasonings.
  4. Cover tightly with foil.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
  6. Uncover then bake 10 minutes more.
  7. I like to brush meat and veggies with a teriyaki glaze before and during baking.
  8. You are able to change the taste of this meal by the seasoning you use.
