  1. I made this and it was a hit! This is better than the other type of potato casseroles made with frozen hash browns. Between this and your spinach lasagna with sun dried tomato bechamel sauce recipe, I got compliments from one and all and everything was eaten up. No left overs with this recipe. Thanks for sharing it!

  2. Like Nimz, I boiled the potatoes, skins on, then peeled and cubed. This recipe was a rockin hit with my family. I followed the recipe exactly, except for the paprika. I forgot it. It looked so pretty without it, so no biggie. This one goes in the permanent file. Thanks for posting it!

  3. Excellent is right! I left out the fresh garlic and used a little garlic powder, this is a winning potato casserole, so good! thanks for another great one Kitty.

  4. Excellent Kitz. Wonderful combination of cheeses. Easy to make. I boiled my potatoes skin-on, then peeled and cubed them and that worked out fine. Thanks for another great one.

  5. This was fantastic! I have several of your recipes in my cookbook and am glad that I chose this as my introduction into the culinary world of Kittencal Bass! I'm on a low carb diet (aren't we all?) so I subsituted cauliflower for the potatoes. This was so cheesy and gooey and incredibly rich! I'll be sure to try it with the spuds on my next cheat day! I can hardly wait!
