  • Grate potatoes (with skins) using a cheese grater onto paper towels.
  • Pat out as much moisture as possible.
  • Fry thin 5 inch diameter clumps of shredded potatoes in a non-stick frying pan, on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
  • Enjoy!
