Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and spices.
  2. Stir in beaten eggs, chives and mashed potatoes.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Heat cooking oil to 365 degrees F.
  5. Drop potato by the teaspoonsful into hot oil.
  6. Cook 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper toweling.
