Directions

  1. Peel and boil potatoes. Drain and mash well. Season with salt to taste. Mix in the flour until the potatoes are of dough like consistency.
  2. With floured hands form the dough into small balls. Flatten them slightly, and on top of each place a teaspoon of brown sugar. Then sorm them into balls again.
  3. Roll each ball in sesame seeds and fry in deep fat until a rich, dark brown.
