Pre-Game Chicken and Pasta

"My boys have always requested this before games. It delivers some carbs and protein that they need. It's also good with avocados, tomatoes, steamed brocolli or grated cheese."

I'm a married stay home mom of 3 boys and one girl. My husband is the most amazing man. I am truly blessed! The two oldest boys have already left home. Son one is thinking about law school, son two is working towards being a firefighter. My third son is a freshman in high school, and a baseball star. I homeschool my daughter who is almost 12, it's a wonderful experience. She and I really enjoy cooking together. We love to eat good, healthy, satifying food. God is good!
