Ok, I stayed on recipe all the way and had little trouble. “ One can of green peas”…is not as specific as I would like…I put a 14oz can in. However, it came out kind of bland, I feel it needs some taste at the higher registry. So…I have tried a few things in it. (It lends itself well to add-ins in the finished state.) I tried cherry peppers, and they didn’t help much, but when I put some mild hot sauce (Red Devil Cayenne hot sauce) in, I struck what I was after. I will make it again.

I've never eaten liver pate so I can't really make a comparison, but I made this for a neighborhood gathering this weekend and it was a hit. Served with crackers, it makes an elegant presentation. I like the taste and it is diabetic friendly, so I will be making it again. Made for Alphabet Soup Game. Thank you for posting.
