  2. Add potatoes in single layer and let cook until brown, then flip.
  3. remove potatoes and repeat steps 1 and 2 until potatoes are all cooked.
  4. Heat 2 Tbps of oil.
  5. Add eggs and slowly mix until cooked thoroughly.
  6. remove eggs.
  7. Heat 2 Tbps of Oil.
  8. Add ham, onions and green peppers, cook until onions clarify.
  9. add back into skillet potaotes and eggs.
  10. Cover with cheese and serve.
