  1. Grease 10x15 jellyroll pan, line with wax paper. Preheat oven to 375°F Mix egg, sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin together. Then add in flour and baking soda.
  2. Pour onto baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, turn onto clean kitchen towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, pull off wax paper, re-roll mixture and cool.
  3. Unroll, fill with cream cheese mixture. Re-roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  4. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
