- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1⁄2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into bundt pan sprayed with ff spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Very good! I topped it with cream cheese icing, my whole family loved it! -
When I started the recipe I thought I should make the cake mix as directed on the box but the directions did not say to so I followed the directions and it turned out great. I topped it with whipped cream and its a keeper. -
Wasn't sure how this would turn out and was surprised how good it was. Watch baking, even though it looks done still check with cake tester. Great with a spoon of cool whip on top of each slice.
