Directions

  1. In large soup pot, brown beef, onion, green pepper and celery for 8 minutes.
  2. Stir in next 6 ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add seasonings.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to simmer and and cook uncovered for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with the mozzarella cheese.
