- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 1⁄3 cup raisins
directions
- Mix together brown sugar, dry mustard, and flour.
- Slowly whisk in remaining ingredients.
- Slowly bring to a boil, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Boil for 1 minute, then serve with cooked ham.
