  1. This is such a simple recipe and easy for me to throw together! I made this to use with Raspberry Vinaigrette Chicken Breast Recipe #22575. The chicken turned out very moist. I cut the chicken up and put it over a bead of greens, one small clementine orange, red onion, and sliced almonds. The dressing has a nice sweet and tangy flavor. Even my husband liked it! Oh, I didn't use seedless jam and I didn't strain it either. I don't mind the seeds. Also I used Smucker's Low Sugar Jam and added a touch of agave nectar to the dressing.

  2. This was really wonderful. I couldn't find seedless jam, so I just strained the dressing after mixing. The flavour was very delicious, just the right amount of sweetness balanced with tangy. Thank you, bert, for a simple, yummy dressing!

  3. Excellent tangy raspberry flavor and easy to make. I served this on spinach salad with fresh raspberries. Quite delicious. Thanks, bert.

  4. This was simple and delicious. I really appreciated being able to use regular ingredients that I had around the house for this. Served it on a salad of baby spinach, toasted pecans, and fresh raspberries. Yum! Thanks Bert..

I love to cook and so I am thrilled that I found recipezaar. I work as an educational assistant in a food school so I am around food all day long. I have four children, three of which have already flown the coop so to speak but I still have my 'baby' at home. (He's 21). I am lucky in that I have my summers off so I spend a lot of time trying new recipes and catching up on my reading. I also play soccer in a ladies league to stay in shape.
