  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook ravioli according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
  4. Whisk in milk, wine, and salt.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5-10 minutes or until thick and creamy; remove from heat and let cool.
  6. Whisk eggs, one at a time, into sauce.
  7. Stir in 1/2 cup of the Parmesan.
  8. Spread 1/2 cup of the marinara sauce in bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  9. Top with half the ravioli.
  10. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  11. Spread 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce over cheese.
  12. Drizzle with half the white sauce.
  13. Repeat layers with the remaining ravioli, mozzarella, marinara sauce and white sauce.
  14. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
  15. Bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until bubbling.
