  • 2 carrots, washed, peeled and end cut off
  • 1 beet, peeled
  • 1 apple, washed and cored
  • 1 red pepper, washed, seeded and ribs removed
  • 1 12 inches gingerroot, peeled
  • 2 celery ribs, washed and ends cut off

Directions
