  1. Crumble ground beef into a Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Stir cornstartch in water and add smash ground beef thoroughly with a potato masher or fork.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 60 minuntes or until the sauce is thick.
  5. Serve over hotdogs in buns and top with your favorite toppings such as diced onion, shredded cheese, etc.
