  1. This is very refreshing but another time I may add more rum cause it was hard to taste the rum. Or maybe I put too much club soda. Thanks Susie. Made for Gimme 5 tag game

  2. Made this for DH tonight and he enjoyed. Did not have club soda so substituted Fresca and skipped the simple syrup! Made for ZWT5 Caribbean Beverage Challenge! Thanks for sharing Susie!

  3. As the previous reviewers noted, this is just awesome! I crushed the ice, got the shaker out, and went to town. Squeezed the lime, doubled the simple syrup, and had a wonderful evening. Really liked the lime in this. So fresh and enjoyable. Thanks for posting this, we were able to catch our breath for a minute and relax :D

  4. I made a small pitcher of this, and needed to make a second one! We had this while grilling on a hot summers evening and it was just awesome! Boozy without tasting really strong. I used lime flavoured rum as that was what I had on hand, and it went together very nicely. Refreshing without the sweetness, I'll make this more often! Thanks for posting. Made for Aussie Swap August :)

  5. I think this would be a very nice drink on a hot day after a big meal. Very light and, like the title points out, refreshing lol. Not the type of drink I normally go for (I'm an alcohol weenie and need far more sugar in my drinks), but I could totally see myself seeking this one out if I was looking for something to cool off with after a nice grilled meal. Thanks for posting!
