  • To create sauce mix together vinegar, ketchup, sugar, tabasco sauce in a sauce pan until warmed through and mixed.
  • To create batter for chicken mix together flour, water, cornstarch, vegetable oil, baking soda and salt in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  • Cut chicken breasts into chunks and drop into batter to coat. Deep fry coated chicken at 350 degrees until golden brown.
  • Serve chicken with jasmine rice and warm sauce.
