  1. Excellent! I made it with the indoor method, turning 3 times during the 12 minutes I left it under the broiler. It was a delicious, easy lunch. I think the calorie count might be off because it's counting perhaps 4 whole loaves of sourdough bread and then dividing by 4? For the ingredients I used, this was not more than 400 or 500 calories even with the dressing.

  2. Amazing. Probably the best hot dog I ever had. I used grilled potato hot dog buns. I used everything else as stated.

  3. SINFUL. I used leftover corned beef and served the dogs (low carb style) cut in half with all toppings piled high and without bun. Loved it!!! Made for Bevy tag.

  4. I made these under the broiler. Such a fun and tasty treat. DH and I both love reubens and hot dogs so I knew this would be a hit. I skipped the mustard on mine but other than that followed the directions. We used regular hot dog rolls. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

I am the mother of two beautiful boys. I love to bake and cook which has helped me to become very overweight. I have lost 50 pounds this past year and have been learning to cook "lighter". We still enjoy many of the same dishes we used to. However, I have learned portion control and how to make suttle changes to my recipes that don't affect the flavor.
