  • Prepare your favorite flour based pie crust, (no top needed).
  • Beat eggs.
  • Add sugar, flour, rhubarb, salt.
  • Pour into shell, bake 45 mins.
  • at 350 degrees till it doesn't"jiggle" in the middle.
