Directions

  1. Beat eggs until thick and foamy.
  2. Add oil, brown sugar, vanilla.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Stir in rhubarb, nuts.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
  8. Bake at 350° for one hour.
