  • Brown diced meat with the onions.
  • Add chopped canned tomatos with juice.
  • Add cabbage.
  • Add seasonings.
  • Cook 15 minutes covered.
  • Place fresh hot rice onto plates and cabbage over top.
  • Or Mix cabbage and rice together.
  • Serve hot.
