  • Mash blue cheese and buttermilk in a small bowl with fork until mixture resembles cottage cheese with small curds.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • ADD Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Can be refrigerated up to 14 days.

  3. This is now my Blue Cheese Dressing! Easy and tangy. We all love it.
     
  4. A good blue cheese. As I used light mayo (which I think tastes awful), I was glad that there was proportionately more sour cream in the recipe. I added a few dashes of Worcestershire and some onion powder to mine.
     
  5. This was excellent. I used Danish Blue and did everything exactly as described. Rich and tasty. We had it on a salad of mixed green lettuces and everyone really enjoyed it! Thanks!
