  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 9x9 baking pan.
  3. In bowl,combine flour,1/2 cup of the sugar,baking powder,& salt.
  4. Add half and half,butter,1 beaten egg,and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  5. Spoon the batter evenly into pan.
  6. Then sprinkle blueberries over the batter.
  7. Combine the remaining beaten eggs, ricotta,& the 1/2 cup sugar,cornstarch,vanilla.
  8. Blend well.
  9. Spoon evenly over berries.
  10. Bake 55-60 minutes or until knife in middle comes out clean.
  11. Let cool well before cutting into bars.
