  1. great stuffing! i made it sans turkey and added a bit more broth. thanks for such a simple, good recipe.

  2. Fantastic! We have turkey, dressing, etc., every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and this was my first year making everything by myself. My mother has made stuffing/dressing for over 40 years but couldn't stop bragging on how delicious this recipe is. Thanks so much! Christmas was wonderful this year.

  3. Thank you for the wonderful recipe! Did not change a thing! I now make this recipe once a month at least, as part of our new healthful lifestyle. Yum!

  4. I just made (half a batch of) the stuffing outside of my bird but I've got to say that it wasn't a favorite of ours. It didn't have much flavor at all - just cornbread-y. Thanks for something new to try but I think I'll look for another way to use up our cornbread next time.

  5. Great! Old school style! Kids really liked it.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
