  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut tops off the two garlic heads to expose or open the individual cloves.
  3. Drizzle olive over both.
  4. Wrap garlic loosely in foil (cut ends upward).
  5. Bake 35 minutes, until soft and pliable.
  6. When cool enough to handle, squeeze garlic out of cloves.
