  1. What a delicious side dish! I love how tangy and garlicky the broccoli tastes. The roasting seems to bring out a richness in the flavor of the broccoli that you don't get with other cooking methods. I had to roast mine for about 25 minutes in order to get it tender-crisp. This is easy and delicious. I will be making this often. Thanks for the recipe!

  3. Loved this!!! Have made it twice in a week which is rare for me. Only change I made was to double the broccoli and use two cloves of garlic. Worked really well with frozen organic broccoli from Costco, too. Am pretty sure I ate at least a pound of broccoli myself!! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
