Reviews

  1. I made this last night and our guests really enjoyed it. I made a couple changes: I doubled the cheese and used cheddar jack. I also bought four cheese & garlic croutons and crushed those for the topping as opposed to bread crumbs. DELICIOUS!!

  2. I made this for a neighborhood cook out... it was a big hit! I recommend that you cut the amount of jalapenos that the recipe calls for back.

  3. My goodness! I made this today, and i couldn't stop eating bowls of it before i served it. lol Best mac & cheese recipe! Only variations i made were cutting the Jalapeños to 1 cup, left out the breadcrumbs, and added more cheese. Yuuuummy!! ^_^

  4. Good n' Spicy! Oh look, Sister#2 did it again...sneaked in a taste test and it looks like she's about to cry. Humphhh crying takes all the joy out of laughing at someone.

  5. Superb! I've been asked for the recipe twice already. I only used about 1/4 cup of jalapenos and that was plenty for us.

Tweaks

  1. I cut the jalapenos and juice, then only use a sharp white aged cheddar. Turns out very good. I cut baking time down to 20 mins covered and 10 uncovered at 380. Works very well. Disappears quick.
