  1. You are right Inez, this recipe was great. Was easy to make and the grandkids loved them. Iva in Oregon

  2. I made these today for our church's rodeo concession stand. They were the first to sell out completely! They were delicious and very easy to make. I did substitute pecans for the walnuts and tossed the nuts and marshmallows with about 2 Tbsp. of the dry cake mix before adding them to the mixture. These make huge cupcakes so you might want to fill each cup a little less than 3/4 full. These are not beautiful cupcakes but the taste is scrumptious! Thanks Inez, for a wonderful addition to my recipe file.

  3. These were very good. The marshmallows kind of oozed into non-existance, but that didn't matter because they still got gobbled down!

  4. I had a problem- the nuts and the chocolate chips sunk to the bottom of the cupcakes and the marshmellows completely disenigrated (sp?). However, they still tasted pretty darn good.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
