- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 50 g butter, melted
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup caster sugar
- 1⁄2 cup marshmallows
- 90 g chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup peanuts
- 1⁄2 cup sultana
directions
- preheat oven to 180.
- Mix milk, egg, yoghurt and butter.
- Add flour and remaining ingredients.
- Spoon into muffin tins.
- Bake for 15min.
