  • Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add egg, molasses and vinegar (mixture with curdle). Sift dry ingredients together and then gradually add to butter mixture. Chill 3 hours. Roll thin, use cookie cutters to make shapes. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 5-6 minutes. Makes 8-10 dozen.
