1. This was really great - tasty, refreshing & thick! I used diet A&W root beer. I didn't find the root beer flavour to be as strong as I would have liked so I added 1/2 tsp root beer extract.

 2. I got low carb diet ice cream. Tasted good. WOrked well.

 3. The part that really made me smile was that I had enough points to drink the whole thing! I used Breyers new Cal Smart ice cream (70 calories per half cup withno fat and no sugar) and otherwise made the recipe as is. Nice frosty dessert. I may add the whole can of rootbeer next time though because I think I'd like it to taste stronger of the rootbeer.

 4. Delicious, refreshing frosty! I love the taste of root beer frosties, and now I can have them a lot more often with this healthier version. Thanks!

I am one of the early members of Zaar joining in October 2001. It was instantly my favorite site even though there were only about 5000 recipes. Back then the original owners Troy and Gay ran the site and they had a lot of interaction with the members. I miss them.

Through the years it still remains to this day my favorite go to site and the one that I send all of my friends and family to when they need anything.
8724616"
