Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease loaf pan.
  3. Combine flour,sugar,rosemary, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Blend,add beer and mix well together.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake 40-50 minutes.
  7. remove loaf from oven.
  8. Spoon butter over top of loaf.
  9. Bake 10-12 minutes longer.
  10. Let rest 10 minutes, remove from pan and finsh cooling on a wire rack.
