  1. In a large skillet brown ribs 5-6 minutes.
  2. Cut into individual ribs.
  3. Place in 3 1/2 quart sized slow cooker.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Pour over ribs.
  6. Cover.
  7. Cook on low 7-8 hours or until cooked though and tender.
