  • Clean and devein shrimp.
  • Stuff one sage leaf inside shrimp.
  • Wrap with pancetta.
  • Use a toothpick to secure.
  • Drizzle olive oil on shrimp.
  • Grill on grill pan about 4 minutes per side or until shrimp is cooked.

  2. Good enough for company, but my family loved it! Wrapping the shrimp takes a little work-pancetta falls apart.
     
  3. Very tasty. Definitely do not add salt, as the pancetta is salty enough. I also added some crushed red pepper flakes for a little more zip. Wonderful!
     
  4. A great appetizer recipe! I used very thinly sliced proscuitto and fresh sage leaves (did not need to use toothpicks) Very good!! I will use pancetta next time, I am sure it will be as good or better!
     
  5. This is one of my favorite dishes. I was going to post it myself but when I saw it was here already I figured I would just share the photo. Make sure you use THIN sliced pancetta and NEVER add salt.
