Salami Appetizers

"Yummy appetizers. You can make up a tray with these, or use your imagination and use bologna or other meats. If I use bologna, I add a tablespoon of mustard to the cheese spread."

  1. This has been one of my favorite appetizers that my mom made since I was little. I LOVE it! Sometimes she did the olives, sometimes she didn't. Just wonderful, easy and a true crowd pleaser.

  2. Tihs was one of my Mom's addicting easy-to-make appetizers. Instead of stacking the salami and Phili cheese, she woudl just fold the salami like a burrito with the cheese in it and stick a toothpick through it. Still is just as delicious!

  3. Very, very good and super easy. I decide though to make them only 5 dlices high next time, because people had trouble decing how to eat them. Next time I will also alternate bologna and salami slices. Just for looks! :-) thanks for a great recipe.

  4. I will admit I didn't make these but I did eat a ton of em! Someone brought these to a party. Very simple ingredients but packed full of flavor.
