  • Saute leek, celery and garlic in butter.
  • Add chicken broth, cheese, and rosemary.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Once the cheese is melted, lower heat so that soup is no loner boiling.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.

  1. I can't rate this soup highly enough, it's easy and delicious. You would never know it was canned salmon and it tastes like you've made a HUGE effort. I didn't change a thing and I'll definitely be making this one again.
